In this episode 9, we are joined by Orlagh Reid, a Psychosexual therapist accredited by the IACP who provides confidential, compassionate and integrative counselling & psychotherapy to men and women over 21 years of age. She has been a qualified Psychotherapist since 2009 and is now a trained professional Coach.

She promotes celebrating individuality, diversity, inclusivity, sexuality, spirituality and disability. Orlagh shares with us and our listeners some of the most common sex-related issues that people are dealing with nowadays, the causes of these problems, and advice on how to work through or overcome these things. We also discuss female sexuality, vaginismus, attachment and intimacy.

Sex is still considered to be a taboo topic, and we want to remove the stigma surrounding it.
