Join us for an interactive Q&A and community discussion evening where we explore common questions around vaginismus, vulvodynia, sexual pain, and sexual wellbeing gathered throughout 2025. This event is for women in Ireland and outside of Ireland. Health professionals are always welcome to book, get involved, learn more and share their professional insights with the group.

This relaxed, informative session includes:

  • Open discussion on the most common questions and live interaction

  • A mindfulness relaxation exercise focusing on self-compassion

  • A book of the month discussion — Love Your Vulva by Laura Dowling

  • The opportunity to submit questions in advance so every voice, comments and insights are included.

Perfect for women who are new to understanding sexual pain, vaginimsus and vulvar pain conditions, as well as those already on their healing, psychosexual therapy and rehabilitation journey. You’ll leave feeling knowledgeable, inspired, and supported.
