Hey Gyno! Launch Evening with Orlagh Reid, Jen Mugan and Special Guest Talks
Welcome to the Hey Gyno! Online Women’s Group with Orlagh Reid and Guests
This January 29th at 8pm I am launching my new Hey Gyno! Online Groups for Women in Ireland. Gyno means women in Greek. Yes, you guessed it, they are all about female and femme sexual wellness and gynaecological health – an important duo for all women! Join us for 5 talks all about female health, endometriosis and wellbeing.
I wanted to bring more online groups to women in Ireland that are therapeutic, integrative, supportive, educational, and empowering by nature. As host of the popular Vaginismus & Co Community, I wanted to expand on these online groups for women with a wider range of conditions, particularly the Endometriosis Community of which I am a part of in Ireland.
From January 2025. there will be two specific Hey Gyno! Community Online Groups each month to support specific conditions for women which I am very passionate about and work with each day in my clinical practice as a Psychotherapist. Each group will have a specific additional awareness element as you can see below, which is sexual wellness and positive health.
1. Hey Gyno! Vaginismus, Vulvovaginal Conditions and Sexual Wellness
2. Hey Gyno! Endometriosis, Gynaecological Conditions and Positive Health
Join me and Jennifer Mugan, on Wednesday 29th January 2025 at 8pm (IST) on Zoom, as we launch the new Hey Gyno! Online monthly groups for women in Ireland. This first launch event is FREE for all to book and attend. Female health professionals who would like to find out about the Hey Gyno! community or be a future special guest in online groups are welcome to register.
What to Expect:
The one-hour free Hey Gyno! Launch online evening hosted on Zoom, introduces you to Orlagh Reid who will be hosting the 2025 online groups. Orlagh will talk about why she believed so passionately about the power of peer female support and knowledge sharing, talk about how each online group will be hosted and what to expect for future online group meetings. You get to ask questions, listen to conversations, and learn more about what it is all about. Jennifer Mugan who is co-host of the new Endometriosis will facilitate this special FREE evening with me and be one of our guest speakers.
There will be 5 special guests talks during the 75 minutes with 3 special guests
Jennifer Mugan, Health & Nutrition Coach will be talking about the power of nutrition and taking control of your health and nutrition
Kathleen King, Medical Scientist and Host of the DEARG Podcast will be talking about Endometriosis Awareness in Ireland
Michelle Lyons, Specialist Pelvic Physiotherapist and Host of the Celebrate Muliebrity will be taking about Pelvic Health
Doireann Barrett a Stage 4 Endopatient, Coeliac, Endo Advocate and Business Owner will talk about Self-care Strategies for Women with Chronic Conditions.
Every group I hosted in 2024 had elements of coaching, education, support and empowerment. We would also talk about goal setting, progress since the last month, supports, integrative practices, just published books and podcasts and had special guests join us from time to time.
The standard cost of each online group is €20 per 75-minute online group payable securely by STRIPE.
