Join us for a very special guest episode – Q & A with Kat Wilson and Jenny Wallace
Join me and the #vaginismuscommunity for another Irish Vaginismus and Co. Community evening on Zoom. We have added an extra date this month on Monday 26th August 2024 as we are joined by Kat Wilson and Jenny Wallace, hosts of the popular The Flowers of Scotland Podcast. Kat Wilson is the founder of The Vag Network located in the UK. Last year she got together with her fellow Scottish host and also a member of the Vag Network Jenny Wallace to talk about many aspects of being a woman and the condition of Vaginismus. This Irish Vaginismus and Co Community Special Guest Live Zoom is open to any women in Ireland and the UK.
The online event is founded and facilitated by Orlagh Reid and Olivia Teahan, two female health professionals who work in the field of sexual health and wellness. It is a safe supportive and empowering space for women with vaginismus symptoms and similar conditions such as vulva pain, dyspareunia, sexual disorders and pelvic penetration pain. Each community evening will focus on topics important to you!

This 75-minute online community session hosted on Zoom will be a supportive space to discuss all the topics and issues affecting women today. It is a positive and empowering space. We will talk about managing symptoms, support, self-care, female sexual well-being and integrative tips to cope better with conditions.
This community is for women, womxn and people with vulvas regardless of sexual orientation and relationship status over 21 years of age.

About Orlagh Reid, founder of the Vaginismus & Co. Community
Orlagh Reid is the author of the popular Vaginismus Series Blog and host of this upcoming Vaginismus Community evening online for women in Ireland. She has been working in the fields of sexual health, fertility and psychosexual therapy since qualifying as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in 2009.
Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, she trained extensively as a Complementary Health Therapist. Orlagh is an IACP-accredited specialist Counsellor and Psychotherapist specialising in Clinical sexology, a qualified Personal & Business Coach, a Sexual Health Promotion Facilitator and a Group Facilitator.
