I collaborate with health professionals in three key ways.

First, as a trusted referral source, I provide psychotherapy services for clients seeking support with specific life challenges, conditions, and concerns—from mental health difficulties to relationship and sexual wellbeing. By working together, we can create stronger networks of care and support for our clients while building trust between our practices.

Second, I offer business coaching and digital media support through my sister site, Healthy Business Coach. This site is dedicated to health, medical, wellbeing, and lifestyle professionals who are starting, growing, scaling, or going niche in their business. I help professionals develop sustainable strategies, build an authentic presence, and grow thriving practices.

Third, I invite health professionals to share their expertise as special guests in my online groups or blog. I have been writing for over five years on topics such as alcohol use, women’s sexual health, men’s health, and conditions like sexual disorders and vaginismus—and I love showcasing diverse professional voices alongside my own work.
