Sexual recovery encompasses the many aspects of developing healthy sexuality and overcoming process addictions relating to sex and pornograpy. , while understanding and overcoming process addictions associated with sexual behaviours and pornography. This can include problems associated with sexual health, sexual shame, attitudes to sex and intimacy, behaviours, sexual compulsivity, unwanted sexual behaviours and sexual sobriety.
